75TH JUBILEE OF THE ARCHDIOCESE OF DAR ES SALAAM: “RENEW US THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT”
- We sincerely thank the St. Charles Lwanga Community for cleaning the church yesterday. A total of 7 members participated. Next week, it will be the turn of the St. Francis Xavier Community, followed by the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God Community.
- The management of Radio Maria Tanzania invites all the faithful to participate in the Holy Mass marking the closing of the 30th Jubilee Anniversary of Radio Maria on 15 August 2026. The Mass will be held at Radio Maria Mikocheni at 9:00 AM and will be a Bishop's Mass. We are also encouraged to purchase the official 30th Jubilee anniversary Kitenge fabric as a keepsake of these celebrations.
- On 22 August 2026, all WAWATA members will have a pilgrimage to Visiga Seminary. All WAWATA members, WAWATA Youth members, and other people of goodwill are encouraged to register early so that transportation arrangements can be made for everyone who will participate.
- We would like to remind everyone that there is Holy Mass every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30 AM. After coming from work, come and join your fellow parishioners in thanking God for enabling you to get through the day since you woke up in the morning, and ask Him to continue to be with you throughout the night. You are all warmly welcome.
- The Parish UWAKA Executive Committee would like to thank the communities that have completed their annual contributions. They encourage those that have not yet completed their contributions to do so, as the time to visit the Little Sisters in Visiga is approaching. In addition, contribution cards for every Catholic man from each community have already been distributed to support the Little Sisters. Therefore, the UWAKA leadership asks each community to encourage its men to make their contributions using these cards.
- The Diocesan Project has brought grapes for sale to our parish today. Anyone interested in purchasing them may meet the representatives outside. Everyone is encouraged to support this initiative, which aims to strengthen the Archdiocese's capacity for evangelization.
- There is an entrepreneur outside the church requesting your support by purchasing the shirts he is selling. Anyone interested may meet him outside.
