DO NOT FEAR, FOR I HAVE REDEEMED YOU
Do not be afraid to continue your journey in life, even if your path is dark and you cannot see the light ahead of you. Do not be afraid to continue your journey, even if you are walking through a wilderness filled with wild animals. Do not be afraid to continue your journey, even if you pass through mountains and valleys. Do not be afraid to continue your journey, even if you feel abandoned and alone. Do not be afraid to go on, even if hailstorms fall on you with thunder and lightning. Do not be afraid to continue, even if your life’s path is full of thorns. Do not be afraid to continue, even if your life’s path is a desert. Do not be afraid to go on, even if you do not know what tomorrow holds. Do not be afraid to continue your journey, even when facing spiritual battles.
“But now, this is what the Lord says He who created you, Jacob, He who formed you, Israel: ‘Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you; when you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flame will not consume you. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I give Egypt for your ransom, Cush and Seba in your stead. Since you are precious and honored in My sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.’” (Isaiah 43:1–4) “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you; yes, I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, ‘Do not fear; I will help you.’ Do not fear, you worm Jacob, you people of Israel; I will help you, declares the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.” (Isaiah 41:10, 13–14)
